PreForm 2.5.0 Crashing Issues

I have some rather large STLs of a 3D object with a 3D surface as one of the faces (file generated in MATLAB, mesh modified in NetFabb, and then loaded into PreForm). Whenever I load the file into PreForm to prepare the print and try and save or sometimes generate a print file it gives me a C++ Runtime Error saying “This application had requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application’s support team for more information.”

Is this problem caused by the size of my STLs because I haven’t had issues with my smaller models, just the larger versions.

Hi ajax, can you please contact customer support and provide them with the STL, so that the software team can investigate the crash? Thank you!

Okay I submitted a ticket yesterday (I may have accidentally done it twice because it never gave me conformation). Let me know if you didn’t get it.
