What is the cause of this?
I replaced the resin tank.

To me, a blurry-looking print like that would indicate a problem in the optical path, and since it’s everywhere on the part instead of just one area, I would suspect that one or both of the galvanometer mirrors are not clean enough. It could also maybe be that even with a new tank, it’s resin you’ve printed with before, and that resin needs to be filtered to remove small cured particles that are floating around in it from previous prints.
