Early yesterday I noticed that on descent, the build platform was colliding with the tray. The steppers would skip steps as the platform rather violently collided with the tray. On closer inspection I believe one of the 4 springs on the assembly holding the tray have become jammed. I am unable to access the area without dismantaling the assemble which Formlabs day is a big no no. Has anyone here has a similar issue? Does anyone have any suggestions for remedying the situation?
