Pieces missing on build plate

Since last week I have started having some problems with my printer and I have contacted support and they asked me to do a couple of test, I wanted to see if someone is having the same issues that I am having

  • New tank
  • New Resin
  • I am printing the optical test
  • I did a factory reset and I managed to get 3 printed instead of 2 which I was getting before the factory reset.
  • Support keeps telling me that the laser is running at 50% of factory setting, I have been using the hell out of this printer since 2020
  • But the thing that I don’t understand is why 3 parts are coming out super clean with all the small details in them, and the missing parts are sticking to the tank.
  • If it was laser problem wouldn’t that mean that all the parts should come out bad?

Alright, so I finally was able to figure this out, it wasn’t the laser after it was just a matter of fine tune the Z-Axis, after lots of prints I finally managed to have all 5 pieces printer and I had to fine tune the Z-Axis to -400 microns. I hope it helps someone.
