I’ve been using the image_to_laser_moves script, and i just recently noticed that the y-axis on some of my bigger boards is being stretched by something like 16%. I’ve checked the xy-scale settings on the printer and they’re all zero’ed out. Plus, i read that they only calibrate like +/-4%. I don’t see anything in the software that is able to adjust the relative xy scale. Smaller prints seemed like they came out properly proportioned so I’m a little confused. I can get +/- 2% dimensional accuracy on the x axis over about 100mm, so methinks there’s something else going on other than poorer accuracy at the edges of the print.
