Non-adhesive film on new resin tanks

I’ve had 5 resin tanks since I first got my printer, and they’ve pretty much all had the same small but annoying problem: the protective film on the bottom of the tank. When the adhesive side of the film touches the bottom, sometimes it leaves residue after being peeled off. I’m not sure how badly this residue can affect prints, but the OCD in me would like that surface to be spotless.

I would love to see this film replaced with something non-adhesive. Perhaps a thin but rigid plastic sheet could be cut and adhered to the bottom with some double-sided tape or some strategically-applied temporary adhesive?
