No connection to the internet, with Ethernet

Hello together,

maybe someone can help me.
I would like to track my printing online. My Form 2 printer is connected with the Ethernet, but when I want to query the code for the online connection, it tells me that I have no internet connection. Unfortunately, I can not connect it to the Wi-Fi because it is out of range.

Hi @Janek,

On the touch screen, please navigate to Printer → Settings → Dashboard Logging. If the setting is off, turn it on. If it was already on, turn it off then back on again. I’ve seen this clear up Dashboard registration issues in the past. If this does not work, I would recommend getting in touch with our Support Team.
