cannot register printer for dashboard. When I try to get register code from printer it says “need internet connection”. However, the ethernet status says “connected” and gives IP address. also, the PreForm software recognizes printer and allows me to upload files, so it is in fact connected.
I have rebooted several times. Unplugged power several times, unplugged ethernet cable several times. nothing.
