Cant register form2 to dashboard

i cant register my form2 to my dashboard, when i enter the 4-digit code it says the code is invalid.

i am running the latest update and i am connected to the same network.

has anybody encountered similar problems?

Don’t feel bad I couldn’t either as it required a Internet connection. I use USB. Then the printer went DEAD. I mean dead with no power indications at all and that was after the first print on a brand new Form 2. I had to unplug because of heavy T-Storms in the area and when I plugged it back it again nothing at all even after moving the plug around to known good outlets and even replacing the cord.

Can you try power cycling the printer and re-generating the code? If that doesn’t correct the issue, you should get in touch with our support team so that we can help to troubleshoot further.
