Lately my Form 2 has been disconnecting from the dashboard mid print and won’t log any completed data. Curious if this has been happening to anybody else or if this is an isolated incident.
It happen to me when I used the WiFi connection, also the upload was extremely slow until I’ve connected it with the cable to our office server.
My suggestion is to try and do update both to the printer and to te Preform software, then disconnect it from the power and keep the button pushed for 10 seconds. Then reconnect the power and reconnect the printer to the dashboard as it might got different IP now.
