Hello FormLabs community just reaching out to see if any peers have seen more occurrences of warped parts in BioMed Amber and ClearV4.1 especially but we have seen failures with durable and Flex 80A V1 with tanks in the last three months?
Largely the issues are at the rear of the tank closest to printer. We have never had control cubes fail and we are seeing that issue along with various part designs.
PS. FormLabs has been engaged and I have an active ticket. We are just wondering if anyone else may be seeing this problem as well.

I have also been running into this issue on the Form 3+ with Flexible 80A

I have been having this issue with both of my Form 3B+ printers and resin tanks using Draft resin. They both started at relatively the same time. I have opened several tickets with Formlabs…the first one ended with them saying it was a problem with the tank tensioner which is not a serviceable problem. Therefore requiring new printers. After much back and forth they agreed to replace my newest printer since it was only one month out of warranty. However, I am now having issues with lines occurring on prints with my new (refurbished) printer. They are now telling me that my print files reflect “cups” and that is causing warping of my resin tanks causing failed prints. I have ordered new resin tanks for all my printers so am hopeful this is the issue. I admit I did print with cups indicated, not knowing it would cause tank warping so this makes more sense to me than the tensioner problem with both printers at the same time. If it fixes the issue I will update this post.
