Hello I’ve acquired some time ago a new printer and after a few prints it melts my resin tank, the film has small or big spots in it. This happens after 3 or 4 prints, I have a old printer and it doesn’t happen on that one just on the new one.
Could you tell me what’s going on? If is defect from production?
I’ve attached a pic with the resin tank after yesterday print.

So sorry to hear you’re having some issues with your recent prints! Can you tell me when the printer, the tank, and the resin were purchased?
The print was purchased in 05.12.2023 ID: 1574408, the tank was purchased in 28.05.2024 but used 3 weeks ago, it haven’t been used until then, and the resin was purchased in 08.08.2024. The resin I use is High Temp V2.

Given what we’re seeing here, I reached out to our support team, and they recommended if you had an additional tank around that it might be worth trying that to see if that helps.
If an new tank doesn’t seem to fix the issue, then I’d recommend reaching out to our support team and they’d be happy to investigate further with you. 
I’ve used 3 tanks so far all new and this happened to all of them. When the first tank got melted I’ve switched with a new one, after 4-5 prints got melted again, switched to a new one and this one which is the one in the picture got melted after 3 prints.

It was happened to me but it automatically got fixed after sometimes.
