One of my replacement printers did this after a few days, they replaced it immediately. Get a support ticket going you you will get a new printer…
I have made a support ticket. 
I see that you’ve already opened a support ticket; they’ll get you sorted out right away. One quick pointer - I’d advise against leaving a build platform in the machine when the resin tank has been taken out. This leaves your mirror unprotected and a stray drip of resin from the build platform onto the mirror is bad news.
