LT Tank wrinkles

Hello all,

The LT Tanks are working very good for my, but some of them are beginning to lose there glue I think.
After some failed prints I noticed the wrinkles of the silicone layer.
My first thought would be the heat, the last weeks were very hot here in europe.

Is there a way to fix this?
Glue it back together is not really a good option because of the resin remain.

Kind regards
Ruben

Hey @Ruben_Leys!

My sincere apologies for the delayed response here! Do you mind if I ask whether you’re noticing any issues with your actual printed results?

This is one of those things that could be not a problem at all, or cause substantial issues, just depending on the specifics of your resin tank.

Hello,

Yes and no, the failed prints may have been due to other problems.
But it was something that struck me. The wrinkles were still quite large. No?
On the sides where there is no printing it was not a problem but it went smaller down to the printed part and therefore thought it would give problems.

Kind regards
Ruben

Hey Ruben,
I’ve noticed this on 2 of my LT resin tanks as well but it hasn’t been an issue. Our printer runs daily as this is for my business so I don’t think you should have to worry about it.
