LCD is black

My LCD went black. I tried unplug replug…still black.

There anything i can do on my end?

Or is a matter of having to replace it?

Thank you Shiden, I did submit at case ticket, and received a response.

I tried to reseat the flex cable to the LCD assembly, but unfortunately still same issue.

Apparently I need a new Display assembly, and flex cable.

I hope I can get away with only purchasing the assembly.

I’ll report once I receive the new assembly.

I had to order a new display assembly and cable. They arrived today, I swapped them both out, and I’m now back up and running.

Unfortunate the display went out, I hope other parts don’t fail on my machine.

Only time will tell.
