Two days ago I started getting a "motors jammed" message and cannot print. I submitted a ticket yesterday, but have head nothing back at all. Is there a help number to call? I really need to get this fixed asap, I need it for my job. Thanks.
Here's to hoping our support team is able to get you back up and running quickly. We're usually able to respond to tickets within 24 hours. We do have a Pro Service Plan for those that need expedited phone support and it comes with the added benefit of 'hot swaps' if your printer does need to be sent in for repairs.
