Issues with Resin Curing: Need Advice on Best Practices for Quality Prints!

Hi everyone,

I have been using my Formlabs printer for a while now and I have run into a bit of an issue with resin curing. Lately…, some of my prints seem to have uneven curing or the resin appears overexposed, leading to brittle parts or visible lines. I have tried adjusting the exposure settings but I am still facing these problems.

The standard printing settings recommended in the Formlabs documentation. However…, I think the issue might be with my post-processing, specifically the curing stage. Could anyone share tips or best practices for optimal resin curing: ??

Also, is there a certain curing station or setup that works best for this resin type: ?? I want to make sure I am getting the best possible quality for my prints without risking premature failure. I have also gone through this thread https://forum.formlabs.com/t/prints-cured-on-the-bottom-of-resin-tank-qlik-sense but still looking for some more tips and advice.

Looking forward to your thoughts and suggestions !!

With Regards,
Daniel Jose
