Ladies and gentlemen,
I am designing surgical guides on 3shape’s implant studio software and then
trying to print them with a formlabs 2 printer, but prints are unsuccessful.
Has anyone had this experience? Any tips to resolve it?

unsuccessful in what way?
If it is printing support structures fine, but no model, then the model is not solid.
Try importing the model into something like meshmixer and run a object doctor or repair function on it.
Also- check the 3Shape software- there may be options you need to check on export or some other operation you have to run to ensure the model exports as a qualifed solid.
But without a better idea of the nature of the failure I am just guessing.
it could be the printer.
I suggest you post some pictures of the failed prints.
