Dental Technician printing problem

Hello everyone,
I got a problem with my 3d printer.
Indeed, for a few days I had some problems with details.
As you can see in the pictures, the furrows of the molars aren’t thin but very wide.
I opened a support request with formlabs, but waiting to receive a return on these problems, if there would be people who could help me.
It’s been 3 months that we have the Formlabs 3b+ printer, the tank and the castablewax v1 too.
Strangely since the last update was installed, I started having these problems, may be nothing to do.
I did tests like changing the supports, putting a larger size and increasing the number but nothing worked.
Sorry about my English (am French), I try my best to be as understandable as possible.

I’m so sorry to hear you’re having some trouble with your prints recently.

It’s great that you contacted our support team. Can you just confirm for me that you haven’t received any reply at all from them? That’s definitely not typical and I want to make sure your help request didn’t get stuck anywhere.

At this moment, I still haven’t had an answer.
I called them yesterday (phone number: 0805220657) as well as earlier but no answer has been given to me for the moment.
Someone from formlabs should call me back (his name is Nadjib).
In advance, I printed the test file with Castable Wax V1 (customer_v2). In case it is necessary.
As I speak to you, I have someone from Formlabs emailing me.
