Normally images of prints are showing on the list of prints in the dashboard. The prints of one of my Form3L printers is showing as a general picture icon so no image there. What can cause this and how can I solve it?
It is usually caused by a network connection hiccup, either a bad wifi or some other network error. The printer should try to backfill these but if you are using the latest firmware and it keeps happening I’d suggest reaching out to formlabs support.
