I have recently created a group of two Form 2’s in my office. It is primarily me and one other user who do most of the printing, however there are occasionally other people that print.
Currently, I am the only one who shows up as a print owner in dashboard. Me and the other primary associate looked through the CSV exported data and I am the only email that shows up. He is also registered to the dashboard group, in fact he’s also an admin.
Is it possible for me to see the name of the user for each print? What about if they aren’t registered to dashboard? Sometimes prints fail, and it would be nice to be able to reach out to the person who is having issues to offer technical support.
