i had this problem for the last few prints i even got a new tank thinking that might fix it, the glass is clean the tanks clean i can’t figure out what happening.
I was seeing similar things. I contacted FL support and they sent me a servo mirror cleaning kit with some instructions and bam, prints are coming out BEAUTIFUL again.

I’ve had failures like that too occasionally. You should get some paint filters (I get mine from the local auto body supply store) and filter the resin. Along with cleaning the mirror and glass, this should get you perfect results again!
