Is there any information on the mechanical properties of Grey V4 resin (or V4.1) when post-cured without being heated? I’m currently working on a part with small features (short pegs between 0.3-0.5mm diameter) that keep breaking during handling/use and am wondering if the flexural strength hasn’t increased much from the green state. We don’t have a Form Cure, so our existing workflow is putting a washed+dried part in a 60C oven for 15 minutes as a stopgap before curing for 30 minutes in a third-party station without a heater.
I found this white paper with plots of tensile modulus gain over cure time, and the stark difference for Draft resin with and without heating makes me think something similar could be occurring with our setup.
Has anyone experienced or tested this before?
