Formwash do not boot ( black screen)

I am new at the forum, first I would like to say Hi and wish health and harmony to everybody.
The issue as described on the title is about Formwash.

  1. The power supply is ok, 24 Volts,
  2. The screen is black and no sound or movement on the machine
  3. Below , under the metal cover is the machine pcb and the motors. On the pcb only a LEd named 24 V is on the rest are off.

I have tried to power on and pressing the front swith at the same time, no result.
On the pcb are two switches , named BOOT and RESET , pressing them again leads to negative result.

Did anybody faced similar issue??
