Check for these:
@agiorgitis so I’ve now confirmed that the heater fan is running, but disconnecting both the cooling fan and table rotation motor and I still have the fan noise coming from the top when curing is active.
I also took some closeups of the motherboard, incase you can see something I’ve missed.

What is that coat covering most of the back side? like leftover flux or something?
Is it possible that the sensor’s J6 connector is shortcircuited and it thinks it’s up to temp? Maybe try to measure the ohms between the connector pins, but if it goes to an IC you may not get trusty results.
Also no idea whether formlabs can sell you a new PCB of that revision number, from their stock
Not sure what that can be, but leftover flux seams probable.
I’ve now measured J6 and there are no shorts, three pin-combinations gives a ohm reading, 0.5, 3.5 & 3.7k.
At this point it feels more and more likely that there’s something internal in a ic that has gone bad or what do you think?
@Jesse_K I’ve posted a lot of readings and photos, could you ask some tech person to take a quick look and see if they can spot the problem?
