Hello! i have a problem when i try to print something on my form 3B, just after a couple of minutes the printer starts working, the printer blackouts and resets with the legend “Reset while printing”, it’s the third time it happens in two days, so i don’t know what is the issue with the printer, hope someone can help me please!

This error indicates that the printer lost power mid-print. Assuming you have not had any power outages, trying a different outlet and a different power cable would be a good first step.
