We just got our Form 3+ yesterday, and we are using our Form 3 build plate while we wait for our new build plate to arrive.
The wiper keeps crashing into the build plate. I removed the wiper and was able to get our trial part to print, but this obviously isn’t a long term solution. I checked and the most recent firmware (rc-1.13.4-681) is on the printer. Would reverting to an older firmware fix this issue?
Not that it solves your issue but on my F3B+ I don’t have that issue and I’m in firmware 1.17.
