If this is happening on all machines it would be nice if we were notified of this ahead of time so we could downgrade.

I certainly hear you on this. Based on what I currently know, this is only affecting a portion of units on this firmware version. With that said, I fully recognize the need for open communication about this type of issue in order to minimize downtime for affected users.

I just completed a relatively small print with no observable issues.
