Form 2 printer resets all the time. Printing only 1 st layer

Hi to all. We are using printer for 1 year.
No we have problem, when print starts, platnform moves in resign tank and printer turns off and resets.

we tried:

1. Factory reset
2. Open mode
3. Changed resign tank, bulid pratform
4. Factory cleaning of lenses

What we can do to start printing?
