Hello. I Just recently acquired a Form 2. It worked great after a firmware update but it began to have issues. When the print starts and the bed lowers into the tank, the printer shuts off and then turns back on with the following screen. I have tried updating the firmware again, changing plugs, and keeping the printer unplugged for a few minutes. Can someone help?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your Form 2 printer. If you’re installed firmware I would attempt to reinstall the older version of the firmware you were using before. If that doesn’t work, I would reach out to Support with the pictures and information so they can look into best next steps for you.
