Failure frequency commonalities

I operate a 3D print service within my workplace the form2 is run on a constant basis by a support student. I am not always there to see the machine or diagnose and keep in mind problems we encounter.

After some machine failures which i now believe related to a locking slide under the resin tank being broken causing the tank to sit un supported in one corner…

My Suggestion is to connect the dots basically, the tanks are tagged with the material they hold and the failures are logged on our dashboards, if these failures occur regularly it should be easy to flag this due to a ‘count’ being reached for recurring problem on the same material, tank, resolution etc whatever metrics can be put together to ping the user of a potential issue and maybe a solution to these problems.
