Durable Resin - Prints are constantly failing

Hello all,

I just got my Form 2 a week ago along with some durable resin, and I’ve only had one successful print out of about 5 or 6 print jobs.

After my first failure (object fell off the supports and into the tank) I made sure the tank was free of any large cured pieces and filtered the resin with a 190 micron paint filter. I should note that I filtered the resin after every print failure.

Every single print after that first and only successful print either has supports only partially forming or just the support bases print and nothing else.

For all of these prints I’m letting preform orient and generate supports. I’ve tried making supports larger, but that seems to have no effect.

I’m not sure what’s going on and It’s incredibly frustrating not to mention expensive.

Anyone have any tips or ideas?

Here’s a photo I took of the types of failures I’m experiencing:

THat’s not good… have you opened a support ticket ? I think Formlabs is the best starting point for this issue.
