I have run my Form 3L consistently for several months with 1-2 prints daily. I went from virtually no print failures to failing every other print. This all started when I had to switch to a new tank because my old one had reached the maximum hours. Since using the new tank, I have completely cleaned the tank. This had helped but not cured the problem. I also noticed that the tank film was made out of a different material, and if that was contributing to the problem. To note I’ve also cleaned the optics multiple times and have been using 5L resin with a pump system.
Please let me know if you have any ideas on what the problem is, and any suggestions on how to fix it.
