So, I finally got the bug Error 41 everyone is getting here. Now I am in the same predicament as everyone else debating to send the printer for 800 plus 100 plus of shipping. After reading through several posts it seems it is a rip off! So if this is a widespread issue and customers are being taken advantage of, maybe it is time to get a class action lawsuit.
