Hi there, lately have been having continual failed prints with dental models using the Dental Model Resin. The support platform prints however the actual dental models are falling off consistently into the resin tank contaminating the tank and obviously failing the print. I have cleaned the tanks several times. This has only just recently started happening and was wondering if it is related to anything about the firmware updates of late? Is there a change in the process I have to consider?
This sounds similar to the issue others are having with brittle support bases. Both the Firmware and Preform set the power and such of the machine. When they first came out with V3 Grey it was welding the support base to the build plate to the point a hammer and chisel were needed to break them free. Then it changes power for the build it self.
