Dental LT Nightgaurd, adding acrylic?

They work great but if we fit them and take too much away how can you add material? We try to use our lightcuring acrylic here but it always de-laminates with no fail. Is there a way to get lightcuring dental acrylic to bond to this? a surface finish or a specific type of acrylic?

Use the same resin to add material?

so our denture technician said the resin is too thin unlike the more viscous gel lightcure acrylics that will stay wherever you add them as apposed to a drip. Were trying it now, with our intense lightcurer. but how do you cure this resin without the lazer? just a long cure time with normal UV? There needs to be a repair kit for this stuff!

It cures under 405nm light so a led light, laser or formcure works.

im going to experiment with slight curing to get it to a gelatinous consistency, but we really need something to have the right consistency out of box.

Out of interest is the fit as scanned and then printed not good enough? Why do they need the additional work to get them to fit?
