My dashboard was working perfectly fine until a regional power outage knocked the printer off. Since then the dashboard seems to be stuck in a permanent state. I’ve tried rebooting, power cycling, replugging the ethernet, etc. but my dashboard always says “ready to print” and it doesn’t show any updated prints whatsoever.
The printer itself is working fine, I can upload sliced files appropriately and everything, it seems like something is stuck on the backend. My issue sounds very much like this thread: Dashboard Not Showing Current Print
Does anyone know how to fix this? Or do I just have to open a support ticket like that other fellow?
