I have been unable to connect to the remote dashboard, Link comes up and it just spins.
Live and working for me.
how do I trouble shoot my side, its been down for me since last week sometime.
I forget the exact process, but I’ve had to “re-pair” my printer with the dashboard before, could be a similar issue.
Oh okay I think I know that process…its actually on the printer dashboard…
Are any of the components of the dashboard loading for you? If not, you might experiment with clearing your cookies or trying another browser. Power cycling the printer and making sure it’s networked can help if the Dashboard is loading but struggling to connect to the printer.
