This a new tank and cartridge during first fill.
Ah. This is probably the root of the issue.
The first-fill date is null (hence 12/31/69) until the first fill finishes.
Sorry for the late reply to this post, but I wanted to make sure that you were able to get in touch with our Support Team to get this problem looked into. Sometimes the tanks are misprogrammed and will show results like these; we can either remotely fix the tank or replace them outright for you. Hope this helps!
