Ceramic printing results in a thin layer stuck to the bottom of the tank

Dear All,

I have a form2 printer, and have been using it for ceramic printing using formlabs ceramic resin. The original couple prints are fine, but recently, the ceramic printing all end up sticking to the bottom of the tank with a thin layer, or falling into the tank at the early stage of the print.

It seems that the parts are more attached to the tank than to the build platform. Any advice on how to avoid this from happening? Thanks a lot!
