Castable Wax Resin Printing Failure

Good morning, I have a question and I hope you guys can help me. I’m trying to print a project in castable resin, but it always fails in the areas shown in the photos where the circle is supposed to remain consistent. In the Lychee slicer no islands are presented, and the model is oriented at 30 degrees so it can fit in the printer. I also placed internal supports all around the circular part even though it affects the turbo performance. I tried without the internal supports but failed anyway.

Does anyone know what could be causing the issue? Everything else prints fine. I have the anycubic photon mono m7 pro and my parameters are in the last photo.

Hi @Samuelmirez

Just checking as you have the Sirayatech resin selected in your slicer:
Are you using the Sirayatech resin or our Formlabs Catable Wax resin?

If you haven’t posted there, I would recommend checking in the Anycubic Forum or in their Facebook groups for tips, as most users in these forums usually use Formlabs printers and then occasionally use third party resins on those.

For resin settings though, what you can do is download our PreForm software, head into Edit → Print Settings Editor and check what we’re using in terms of curing times etc. for our resin, so you can get a rough idea of what you should be aiming for.

Kind regards
Jakob
