Having serious issues casting castable wax 40. Tried recomended settings as well as my own . Been casting for over 30 years. Using plasticast investment. Pieces are going in looking great but results are severe porosity and chunks missing in rings. Tried 13 hours casts as well as 8 hour. No difference. Standard casting wax works great. If anyone has advise please share.
