Cartridge missing on relatively new Form3

All of a sudden our F3 has stopped accepting new resin carts. Any we put it are still seen as “Missing”.

Can anyone please take a pic from the upside with the cart out and using zoom point to the cart sensor to see if it matches ours in any way? I’m not sure if ours is missing a broken clamp or what?!

Unit is just a few months old and we’ve printed only a handful times with it?!?! I know there’s warranty and such but the Official Support is closed for holidays till the 17th!

By looking at the negative of the cartidge plastic it looks like if the left side has a leg bent inwards, right?

I just ran into the same problem. Brand new cartridge and machine can’t see it . I cleaned everything, I slipped cardboard behind the chips, tried different thickness, nothing.
Still recognizes my old cartridge though, no issues.

Could be that the chips on the new cartridge are dead…?

@PaperLab This sounds like it could be an issue with the cartridge EEPROM chips. In this situation, I suggest contacting support so that they can help get this resolved for you.

Thanks jessbuck. I just did.

Thank you Formlabs tech support team for your first class help. Most appreciated.

For those interested, the cartridge EEPROM chip was indeed the problem.
