The printer was working just fine for more than 3 years. Recently, I received the error message 6/2. I disconnected and reconnected the flex cable, which resolved the error. Immediately after that, I tried to start a print, but the print was disabled right away—even before the print preparation began. I also tried uploading a new file, but nothing changed. At first, I suspected that the LPU problem was still present, but when I tested printing the cleaning mesh, it worked fine.
any suggestion on what could be causing this issue?"
I’m using the latest version of preform and the printer FW.
the problem turn out to be from disabling the remote print , it happen that it get disable when I reset the printer
