I’m considering buying a Form 1+ printer, please can anyone tell me roughly how many mm’s it can print per hour, in a direct castable material at about 50 microns.

a ‘mm/h’ measurement is not feasible, nor generally helpful.
option: download preform software, load an stl of a typical part size, select castable and let it estimate print time.
