This morning I found my Form2 stopped with the message “reset while printing”.
I removed the failure print, started the print again but everything seems working fine but the build plate, which does not move at all.
The screw does not turn, but the printer is not giving an error, this is the strange thing, so it keeps trying to make the layers one by one while viper correctly works but nothing moves above the tank.
Anyone can help?
Is there a way to check if motor it still working without opening the printer? It’s under guarantee but service said I need to wait one week before I can talk to a technician there…
