Brand new printer Z motor jammed

Hi

i was get service brand new printer.

and i was printed first time perfact but, when second printed Z shft noise was very high and happend error motor jammed.

and i was fined slanted Z shaft. this is reason for high noise and jam error?

updated form2 FW.

what i have to do?
