Almost un used form2 z axis motor jammed

I was printing, i think for the fourth time in an almost new form2 printed selled to me here in Chile, and while it was printing a simple model, the z motor got jammed, and the printing stopped, motor jammed it reads. i canceled the print, but the build platform does not move anymore, since that moment, there´s no movement along the z axis. Is here anyone that has solved this issue? Help please.

I’m sorry to hear about the Z-motor issue you encountered with your Form 2. I would recommend getting in touch with Support and sharing a video demonstrating the behavior for them to take a closer look.
