I bought and had a complete Formlabs 4L package arrive late last week, but it seems to be plagued with issues.
On the first print, it was making terrible noises, similar to that of bad bearings on a fan, but it wasn’t that. The second issue is that the printer just freezes during the print, with zero response from the touchscreen, meaning the only option is to switch off and on again.
The reller I bought it from here in the UK keep telling me they’re looking into it, and I have sent diagnostic details to Formlabs, but still nothing. This was a £20k package, and it has been nothing but misery. Has anyone else had similar issues?

Thank you. My supplier CEAT3D here in the UK are now on the case, I am having this printer replaced next week.
The sn is SnazzyFox, and CREAT3D case number is [## 10761 ##].
I have sent you 4 or 5 diagnostic uploads after the printer freezes and I have turned off and on again (once it feezes, the touchscreen does not work).

One more thing, here in the UK, for wifi, most require a username and password to connect, but the 4L only has an option for password, so we cannot connect to wifi. Is it possible to fix this and as an option for ‘Username’ in a firmware update?
