Blank Screen on Printer :(

Hi Everyone!
I just received my Form2 printer in the mail.
As you can imagine, I am very excited to start printing.

However…my screen on my printer is BLANK when I turn it on.
Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

I reached out to Formlabs support but heard nothing back thus far.

Are there any other signs that it is on? Try in a different outlet, try and switch out the power cable if you have another available (it’s the standard type that many devices use)
